Learner Agreement for Online Learning Courses

By registering for the course, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Course Participation:
I commit to actively participating in the course and following all instructions provided by the Learning Service Provider (LSP) to ensure successful completion of the course content and activities.

Adherence to Guidelines:
I will adhere to the course policies and guidelines, including but not limited to deadlines, participation expectations, and behavior standards outlined at the start of the course.

Feedback and Self-Assessment:
I am encouraged to provide constructive feedback to improve course content and delivery and engage in self-assessment activities as directed by the LSP. The following procedures are in place to gather feedback from learners:

  1. A short survey is provided at the end of the course to request feedback on the content and overall experience.
  2. A review form is available for students to rate the course on a scale of 1 to 5 stars and provide comments about their learning experience.
  3. Only select reviews will be displayed on the course’s landing page to help future learners make informed decisions.

Feedback and Complaints Procedure:
GME provides avenues for learners to share feedback, make suggestions, or file complaints:

  • Complaints: An expression of dissatisfaction related to GME services, platform functionality, content, support, billing, or other aspects. Complaints can be submitted via email to info@greenmyexperience.com.
  • Suggestions: Feedback to improve services, platform functionality, or course offerings can be provided via the feedback form after training or through surveys sent to learners.

Procedure for Handling Complaints:

  1. Complaints are acknowledged by the Project Owner of the online courses within 72 hours.
  2. The complaint is evaluated by the Project Owner, Creative Director, and relevant Learning Department team members. A neutral responsible person, uninvolved in the subject of the complaint, is assigned to resolve it.
  3. The responsible person investigates and provides a resolution within 21 days, including a root cause analysis and action plan shared with the complainant.
  4. Records of complaints are securely stored in Google Drive.

Dispute Resolution:
If a complaint remains unresolved and leads to a dispute, learners can escalate the issue to info@greenmyexperience.com with the complaint history and supporting evidence. A neutral mediator will review the case and propose a resolution within 15 business days.

Support and Additional Resources:
The designated support team, accessible via info@greenmyexperience.com, is responsible for addressing suggestions and providing additional support services. These include:

  • Support for learning and help desk services.
  • Access to counseling services for academic and course-related matters.
  • Provision of dictionaries, reference books, and other learning aids as needed.
  • Mentoring services to assist learners in their educational journey.

Copyright and Use of Materials:
The materials provided in the online courses (the “Works”) are the intellectual property of Overview Effect Pte. Ltd. and ATI Enterprises LLC. By accessing these materials, learners acknowledge the following:

  1. The Works are protected under copyright laws of Singapore and the United States.
  2. Learners are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Works solely for educational purposes as outlined in the course description.
  3. Learners are prohibited from reproducing, modifying, distributing, sublicensing, or sharing the Works without explicit written consent from the copyright holders.
  4. Unauthorized sharing of login credentials or access codes may result in termination of access without refund.

Data Privacy:
I understand that my personal data will be handled with care and confidentiality in line with the LSP’s data protection and privacy policy.

Completion of Assessments:
I acknowledge the importance of completing all required assessments fairly.

Service-Level Agreement (SLA)

Service-Level Agreement (SLA) for Collaboration with Interested Parties

This SLA is entered into between the Learning Service Provider (LSP) and the Interested Party (e.g., employer, external stakeholder), effective from [Date], to outline roles and responsibilities for delivering high-quality learning services.

  1. LSP Responsibilities:
    • Design and Delivery: The LSP is responsible for designing and delivering learning experiences that meet educational standards and objectives.
    • Monitoring and Assessment: Regular monitoring will be conducted to ensure assessments are fair and align with predefined outcomes.
    • Continuous Improvement: Feedback from interested parties will be used to improve learning content and delivery.
  2. Interested Party Responsibilities:
    • Feedback: Interested parties are encouraged to provide feedback on the learning services and collaborate in evaluating the course’s effectiveness to meet organizational needs.
    • Collaboration: Where applicable, interested parties may collaborate with the LSP to align learning objectives with broader organizational or industry goals.
  3. Data Privacy: Both the LSP and interested parties will ensure the privacy and security of all data in compliance with legal regulations.
  4. Review and Improvement: This SLA will be reviewed annually to incorporate any necessary improvements based on feedback from interested parties.

Terms of Service for Online Learning Platforms

These Terms of Service govern the use of online learning platforms operated by the Learning Service Provider (LSP). By using the platform, learners and all parties agree to the following terms:

LSP Responsibilities:

    • Design and Delivery: The LSP is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of high-quality educational content.
    • Monitoring and Assessment: The LSP ensures fair assessments and continuous monitoring of the learning experience to meet defined learning outcomes.
    • Processes and Schedule for Assessing Learning: Assessments are conducted regularly throughout the course to measure learning progress and outcomes. The schedule for these assessments will be provided at the beginning of the course and may include periodic quizzes, assignments, and final evaluations.
    • Continuous Improvement: The LSP collects feedback from learners and interested parties to continuously improve the learning content and experience.
    • Designated Contact Person: Meaghen, the Project Owner of the courses, is the designated contact person for all inquiries related to the courses. She can be reached through meaghen@overvieweffect.io for assistance.
    • Data Protection: The LSP will maintain the security and privacy of all learner data in accordance with data protection regulations.
    • Support for Learning: Supportive learning resources, including access to a library, self-directed computer-assisted learning, help desk, counseling services, dictionaries, reference books, and mentoring, are available within the online courses and/or future community spaces for all learners.
  • Copyright and Use of Materials: The LSP adheres to licensing arrangements for any materials developed based on pre-existing published works to ensure full compliance with copyright regulations.

Learner Responsibilities:

  • Adherence to Course Guidelines: Learners must follow the guidelines provided at the beginning of the course, including assignment deadlines and participation requirements.
  • Feedback and Self-Assessment: Learners are encouraged to provide feedback and engage in self-assessment activities.
  • Completion of Assessments: Learners must complete all required assessments fairly and within the given time frame to progress in the course.
  • Copyright and Use of Materials: Reproducing course content in its exact form, as imparted within the course, is strictly prohibited unless express permission is granted by Green My Experience. 

Complaint, Suggestion, and Dispute Resolution Procedures:

All complaints, suggestions, and any dispute resolution requests should be directed to the LSP at: info@greenmyexperience.com. These will be addressed in a timely and professional manner.

Breach of Terms:

Failure to adhere to these terms may result in the removal from the platform or the course.

Privacy Policy:

By using the platform, learners consent to the collection and use of their personal data in accordance with the LSP’s Privacy Policy, which ensures confidentiality and compliance with applicable regulations.

Amendments:

The LSP reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be communicated to learners and other interested parties.
