Everything on this page is stated somewhere else on this site too — on the product page it belongs to, or in the Terms. This page gathers it so a buyer, a partner or a procurement team can read it in one place instead of assembling it from ten.

Every statement below is the same wording used on the page it comes from. Nothing here is a summary written for this page.

Who decides what

We prepare. Someone else certifies.

This is the distinction most easily lost when the site is paraphrased, so it is stated plainly and identically everywhere.

Green My Experience prepares the operator. A GSTC-accredited certification body audits independently and makes the certification decision.

Its audit fees are contracted and charged separately by that body, and are not included in any price on this site.

The Platform organizes the work and its status. It does not decide whether evidence is acceptable: human responsibility, Green My Experience reviews where included and the independent certification body’s judgment remain separate.
The Platform does not independently verify that an organization is sustainable, automatically approve evidence or make a certification decision.

The instruments

What each one is — and what it is not.

Four of these produce a result that can look like a verdict. None of them is one.

Free Readiness Check: This is a quick indication—not the complete organizational diagnosis, evidence review or certification decision.; The result is based on the information you provide. It is not a verified assessment or a certification decision.
SustainAble Baseline: SustainAble is a GSTC-Recognized Standard for Tour Operators. The Baseline supports diagnosis and implementation planning; it is not an independent certification audit.
SustainAble Cohort: This is a basic initial estimate for internal understanding and planning. It is not a complete external-reporting-grade greenhouse-gas inventory and is not intended for external reporting.
SustainAble Private: The mock audit is provided by Green My Experience for preparation. It is not an independent certification audit and does not guarantee the result of a later external audit.

Your data

The Green My Experience system is designed to keep raw evidence, internal scores, personal information and remediation findings private by default.
Only the information permitted by the approved roles, privacy terms and data-sharing agreement. Raw evidence, internal scores, personal information and remediation findings remain private by default.

Artificial intelligence

Where AI is used, and what that means for you.

Some tools and features on our platforms use AI — including content generation, recommendations, automated assistance and data analysis. AI-generated results may contain inaccuracies and are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Users are responsible for verifying that information before making decisions based on it.

The method is not on the public website.

What you see here is the workflow, not its internals: the questions, scoring weights, criteria mappings and templates stay inside the assessment.

Prices and payment

Taxes, renewal and cancellation.

Published prices are in US dollars and do not include taxes; applicable taxes are added at checkout or on the invoice.
Annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle.
To stop a renewal, cancel at least 30 days before the end date of the current cycle.
