Use milestone reviews and the 2 formal evidence-review cycles to identify deficiencies and guide organization-specific remediation.
Complete pre-audit preparation and one mock audit to identify remaining weaknesses before the final Green My Experience readiness review.
Receive the final review result, address the documented next step and use the defined handoff support when the organization decides to begin the separate independent certification process.

Private includes all three. They happen at different moments, answer different questions and carry different limits — so it is worth reading them side by side.

Within the scope confirmed in the proposal, Green My Experience reviews selected organizational evidence to help the team understand:
Two formal cycles do not mean unlimited document review, unrestricted revisions or done-for-you documentation. The proposal must define the evidence scope, submission process, response expectations and work outside the included cycles.

Pre-audit preparation helps the team understand the independent audit context, organize participation and prepare the relevant evidence and responsibilities. The mock audit itself is an audit-style exercise that tests how the organization explains its practices and presents the selected evidence within the agreed scope.
The mock audit is provided by Green My Experience for preparation. It is not an independent certification audit and does not guarantee the result of a later external audit.
Included
Green My Experience reviews the organization's completion against its published pathway requirements and identifies anything that still needs attention. If the organization does not meet the review requirements, it receives a remaining-gap report.
The final readiness review is a Green My Experience internal process. A GSTC-accredited certification body makes its own independent audit and certification decision. Any support beyond the included program scope must be separately agreed; no automatic extension or unlimited remediation is promised.
The organization remains responsible for the accuracy of its information and for creating, approving and implementing its policies, procedures and records.

If the Baseline has not already been completed, it is completed during onboarding. If a refresh is required, the current starting point is established before implementation proceeds. The Baseline is never skipped.

Green My Experience provides structure, tools, learning, workshops, reviews and guidance. Your organization remains responsible for putting the work into practice.
The proposal should state the expected working rhythm, client responsibilities and approximate effort before agreement.

Tell Green My Experience about the organization, operating structure, current work, objectives, evidence needs, timing and main obstacles.
Confirm whether the standard Private pathway fits or whether the complexity requires Enterprise. Define the included organization, participants, Platform access, support needs and any approved additions.
Review the exact scope, price, payment schedule, 12-month commitment, inclusions, limits, responsibilities and exclusions.
Complete the approved agreement and set up the monthly retainer. The final proposal controls the actual amount and schedule.
Complete or refresh the Baseline, activate the implementation system and confirm the working calendar.
The strategy conversation is for scoping and decision support. The starting price is published before the call.

12 — After the program
Organizations that meet Green My Experience's published implementation requirements can earn Sustainability in Action. It recognizes progress within the Green My Experience framework and is not independent GSTC certification.
Eligible organizations that complete the approved pathway, pass the final Green My Experience readiness review, maintain active Platform access and meet the participation rules can enter the Green My Experience Collective with Member Since recognition.
When the organization is ready, it can separately contract with a GSTC-accredited certification body for the external audit and certification decision.
The 12-month engagement continues annually at the agreed monthly retainer, with the work moving to surveillance readiness, keeping evidence current and reporting to buyers. Scope and price are set in the proposal, not left open.
