Establish the applicable Baseline and implementation pathway for participating organizations without removing the requirement to understand each operating starting point.
The Baseline is not removed. Enterprise defines how the foundation is completed across the approved scope.
The capability
Define the relevant learning, audiences, license quantities and delivery structure for leaders, implementation teams and other participating roles.
The people
Set the implementation rhythm, decision rights, responsibilities, reviews, escalation paths and communication model needed to coordinate the program.
Measurement and reporting boundaries
A broader reporting service is included only when its methodology, outputs, claims and price are explicitly defined in the proposal. Enterprise does not imply an unlimited or reporting-grade service by default.

Before implementation begins, the Enterprise scope should identify:

Define the Baseline approach, Platform configuration, Academy plan, guidance model, governance and relevant review boundaries.
Receive the documented scope, custom price, payment schedule, responsibilities, assumptions, inclusions, exclusions, timeline and change process.
Confirm data and legal terms, establish the program owners, configure access and begin the approved Baseline and rollout process.
Run the agreed program, manage entity-level work and monitor approved progress without blurring Green My Experience review and independent certification.
06 — The boundary
Independent certification remains organization-specific and external
Green My Experience can structure implementation and readiness support across the approved Enterprise scope.
Each applicable operator or organization separately follows the independent certification process with a GSTC-accredited certification body according to the certification body's rules, contract and decision.
07 — Questions
Private is a defined 12-month partnership for one tour-operator organization. Enterprise is for structures requiring custom multi-entity governance, rollout, permissions or delivery.
Yes, when it needs a centrally coordinated implementation model across participating operators. Standard sponsorship or referral arrangements may instead use the Partnerships route.
No. Complexity—not employee count alone—determines whether a custom scope is needed.
The Platform structure, user allowances, access period and continuation terms are defined in the proposal.
The courses, audiences, licenses and delivery approach are defined in the Enterprise learning plan and proposal.
The Enterprise scope defines the appropriate organizational or entity-level Baseline model. The starting-point foundation is not skipped.
Only the information permitted by the approved roles, privacy terms and data-sharing agreement. Raw evidence, internal scores, personal information and remediation findings remain private by default.
Only when the methodology, outputs, permitted claims and price are explicitly included in the proposal. No broader reporting product should be assumed.
