What each of these includes, and what it does not

Before you buy: The full payment total, the commitment, the scope and the exclusions are all shown before any purchase, enrollment or signature.
Payment schedule: Choosing monthly or instalment billing changes when you pay — never the length of the commitment.
Emissions estimate: A planning tool. It is not intended for formal external reporting.
Monthly clinics: They serve the wider participant community, so they do not follow one organization’s individual implementation schedule.
Extra Academy licenses: Additional team members beyond the included places get special pricing on additional course licenses.
Cohort applications: Reviewed as they arrive, and they may close when the intake reaches capacity. If the intake is full, qualified applicants can discuss Private or join the waitlist for the next one.
Cohort readiness review: An organization that does not meet the final requirements receives a report identifying the remaining gaps. Unlimited private remediation is not included.
Choosing Private: Most operators are better served by the Cohort. Private exists for genuine complexity — several operations, several markets, or deadlines you do not control.
Private scope: The final proposal confirms the organization’s scope, price and payment schedule before it commits.
Certification: Independent audit and certification-body fees are not included in any of the three.

03 — Year two onward

Whatever you start with, year two runs on the same track.

Your subscription continues at the same price and the work changes. The Cohort renews into Core: the guided year is the first year, and what continues is the system. From year two, Core runs on the Stay Ready track: surveillance readiness, keeping evidence current, year-on-year emissions, and reporting to buyers — built around your certification body’s audit anniversary.

Prices do not include taxes; applicable taxes are added at checkout. Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 30 days before the end date. Renewal, cancellation, export and retention terms are set out in the Terms page.

01Should we start with the Free Readiness Check or the Baseline?

Choose the Free Readiness Check if you are still exploring and want a quick initial view. Choose the US$395 SustainAble Baseline when you need the complete organizational diagnosis, evidence review and initial action plan.

02Can we enter Cohort or Private without purchasing the Baseline first?

Yes. The Baseline is completed during onboarding when needed. It remains part of the pathway and is never skipped.

03What happens to the Baseline payment if we continue?

The amount actually paid is credited when the same organization enters Core, Cohort or Private within 90 days after completing the Baseline. It cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or combined with another promotion.

04What is included in the initial emissions estimate?

It uses the organization's assessment responses to estimate Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions for the selected baseline year. The organization receives an initial report, roadmap and action plan. This starting estimate is not intended for external reporting.

05Who conducts the independent certification process?

Green My Experience helps the organization implement the requirements and prepare. A GSTC-accredited certification body handles the independent audit and certification decision.

06Are the independent audit and certification fees included?

No. The certification body contracts with and invoices the organization separately.

07Can we purchase more Academy licenses?

Yes. Program clients receive special pricing for additional Green My Experience Academy course licenses. The exact price is confirmed before purchase.

08Is certification guaranteed?

No. Green My Experience supports implementation and readiness, but the independent certification body makes its own audit and certification decision. This is an internal Green My Experience review, not independent certification and not a guarantee of the certification body's decision.
