Keep sustainability work organized, visible and moving.

The sustainability-management tool that brings actions, responsible people, deadlines, documentation, measurements, learning records and progress into one working environment.

The Platform is the tool at the center of Green My Experience. SustainAble structures the pathway, the Academy builds capability and guidance supports implementation at the level your organization selects.

Sustainability work becomes harder when the information is scattered.

Policies live in one folder. Supplier information lives with another team. Measurements sit in spreadsheets. Training records are separate from the actions people own. Priorities change, but no one can see the complete picture.

The result is familiar

  • Unclear ownership
  • Duplicated effort
  • Missing or outdated documentation
  • Measurements that are difficult to interpret
  • Learning disconnected from implementation
  • Progress that is difficult to explain
  • Last-minute preparation before an audit, report or renewal

The Green My Experience Platform creates one place to manage the work as an operating process—not as a collection of disconnected files.

One tool for the work between assessment and continuing improvement.

Six capabilities, and the modules that do the work inside each one. Every module reads the same organizational data, so nothing has to be entered twice.

Manage actions and owners

Turn priorities into assigned work with responsible people, deadlines and visible status.

In the Platform

  • Action PlanTurns the gaps into work with an owner and a deadline.
  • Work ScheduleThe plan spread over the calendar, with a date per task.
  • Audit CenterEvery task ready for audit, in one review queue.

Organize documentation

Connect policies, records and other relevant information with the work they support.

In the Platform

  • My OrganizationThe reference data every other module reads.
  • LocationsThe roster of companies in a group, with the state of each.
  • Company ProtocolsReusable content the tours and the landing consume.
  • RepositoryEvery supporting file indexed so it can be found and reused.

Track operational measurements

Keep relevant performance information alongside priorities, owners and improvement actions instead of treating data as a separate exercise.

Specific calculation and reporting capabilities depend on the selected pathway and approved Platform configuration.

In the Platform

  • MonitorThe real footprint: Scope 1, 2 and 3, plus the social inventory.
  • SuppliersA score from 0 to 100 per supplier, mapped onto GSTC purchasing criteria.
  • Quick EstimateA first estimated footprint from a short profile.
  • Sustainable TourCoverage of each tour against the criteria that apply to it.

Maintain learning records

Connect Academy participation and completion information with the people involved in implementation.

In the Platform

  • Training CenterProgress per person and per course, not a team average.
  • ResourcesTemplates and support material in one place.

Monitor progress and gaps

See what is moving, what remains incomplete and where the organization needs to focus next.

In the Platform

  • My PlansCertification level reached and progress by pillar.
  • My GoalsProgress against the baseline, from the log of measurements.
  • AssessmentsCriteria met by pillar — GSTC, GRI, VSME, multi-industry and a combined form that answers what the standards share once.
  • DashboardsOperator, group, network, advisor and audit views.

Prepare progress summaries

Explain organizational progress while distinguishing current information, documented work, Green My Experience recognition and independent certification.

The exact report formats and available exports must be confirmed for each pathway before purchase or renewal.

In the Platform

  • Monitor ReportEverything measured, consolidated with KPIs and comparisons.
  • Report CenterComposes and versions every report the Platform produces.
  • Shareable LinksPublic report views that need no account.
  • Company LandingA sustainability microsite for the organization.
  • Public ProfileThe narrative version, with score and recognitions.
  • CommunicationChecks a claim against the evidence that actually exists.

Availability of specific modules depends on the contracted plan and the approved Platform configuration. A private demonstration shows the ones relevant to your operation.

Every step connects to the next, so the work never sits.

  1. 01

    Assess

Establish the organization's starting point through the relevant Green My Experience assessment and pathway.

  2. 02

    Prioritize

Use the diagnosis to identify the most important gaps, opportunities and first actions.

  3. 03

    Assign

Connect each action with a responsible person, timing and the relevant part of the roadmap.

  4. 04

    Document

Organize existing information, identify what is missing and connect documentation with implementation work.

  5. 05

    Review

Use the checkpoints and human review included in the selected pathway to understand deficiencies and next steps.

  6. 06

    Continue improving

Maintain current information, open the next action cycle and prepare for future reporting, surveillance or renewal needs.

Continuing improvement is not the end of the workflow: the next cycle opens at prioritization and the work keeps moving.

What you see here is the workflow, not its internals: the questions, scoring weights, criteria mappings and templates stay inside the assessment.

The Platform is central—but it does not work alone.

The Platform makes the system manageable. The methodology gives it structure. Learning builds internal capability. Human guidance supports decisions and implementation.

Organize evidence without confusing software status with independent verification.

The Platform helps the organization distinguish:

  • What it reports doing
  • What information or documentation is available
  • What is incomplete, missing or needs review
  • Which action or owner is connected with a gap
  • What has been reviewed through the selected Green My Experience pathway
  • Whether an independent certification credential has been separately supplied and approved for reference

The Platform does not independently verify that an organization is sustainable, automatically approve evidence or make a certification decision.

Human responsibility remains essential

  • The operatorowns the accuracy of its information and its implementation.
  • Green My Experienceprovides the reviews included in the selected pathway.
  • A GSTC-accredited certification bodyindependently audits the operator and makes the certification decision.

Private organizational records. Permission-controlled public information.

The Green My Experience system is designed to keep raw evidence, internal scores, personal information and remediation findings private by default.

When an organization chooses to share approved progress information, the public view should be limited to permission-controlled facts such as:

  • Approved organizational identity
  • Defined scope
  • Factual Green My Experience milestones and dates
  • Current Collective relationship where applicable
  • An independent certification reference only when authorized and accurately attributed

The final privacy, access, retention, deletion, export and security terms must be available through the Trust Center and agreement before an organization purchases or renews access.

What a private demonstration can show.

Green My Experience does not publish full product screenshots, assessment logic or complete templates on the public website. A private demonstration gives your organization enough visibility to evaluate the tool while keeping those assets protected.

This protects

  • the proprietary SustainAble methodology
  • assessment and scoring logic
  • criteria mappings and evidence-review processes
  • customer information
  • the integrity of controlled implementation and review workflows

Using sanitized sample information for an “Example Tour Operator,” a demonstration can cover:

  • How the Platform fits within the Green My Experience system
  • The high-level workspace structure
  • How actions, owners and deadlines are organized
  • How documentation status supports implementation
  • How operational measurements and learning records connect with the work
  • How progress and remaining gaps can be viewed
  • How the selected pathway changes the support and review experience
  • Which access, continuation and next-step questions apply to your organization

A demonstration will not disclose proprietary questions, scoring weights, criteria mappings, prompts, validation logic or complete templates.

Compare Product and Pricing

Certification is a milestone, not the finish line.

Evidence ages. Standards shift. Surveillance and reassessment dates come around whether your team is prepared or not. From year two, Core shifts into Stay Ready — the same system, focused on the work that now matters most.

On the Stay Ready track

Surveillance Readiness Pack
Structured preparation 60–90 days before your audit anniversary — checklist, evidence gap list, corrective actions dated and assigned.
Evidence Live
Expiry tracking and staleness flags, so documentation never goes out of date without anyone noticing.
Standard Update Watch
When GSTC criteria change, the delta is mapped onto your live plan.
Annual reassessment
A delta against the standard — showing movement, rather than starting again.
Emissions year on year
A trend against your baseline year and target setting, not another first estimate.
Buyer Reporting Pack
Your data formatted for cruise line procurement and trade buyer questionnaires.
Academy
Advanced courses, plus refresher seats as staff and guides change.
The Collective
Peer network, Member Since status and recognition assets.

The subscription carries a 12-month commitment. Prices do not include taxes; applicable taxes are added at checkout. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 30 days before the end date. Renewal, cancellation, export and retention terms are set out in the Terms page.

Frequently asked questions

01Is Green My Experience a software tool?

Yes. The Green My Experience Platform is the tool at the center of the system. It works with the SustainAble methodology, Green My Experience Academy and the guidance included in the selected pathway.

02What does the Platform help us manage?

It helps organize actions, responsible people, deadlines, documentation, operational measurements, Academy learning records, progress and continuing improvement.

03Does the Platform automatically approve our evidence?

No. It organizes information and status. The operator remains responsible for accuracy and implementation, Green My Experience provides the human reviews included in the selected pathway, and the independent certification body makes its own audit decision.

04Does the Platform award GSTC certification?

No. A GSTC-accredited certification body separately audits the operator against the GSTC Tour Operator Standard and makes the certification decision.

05Why are there no complete screenshots on the website?

Green My Experience uses controlled private demonstrations to help qualified organizations evaluate the Platform while protecting proprietary methodology, assessment logic, mappings, templates and customer information.

06Does the Platform use artificial intelligence?

Any public description of artificial-intelligence functionality must identify the specific feature, information use and human-review boundary. Green My Experience will not make a general claim until those details are approved.

07Can multiple people from our organization use the Platform?

Core includes unlimited users from the participating organization. User allowances for Cohort, Private and Enterprise are confirmed in the relevant enrollment terms or proposal.

08Can we use the Platform after certification?

Yes. Ongoing Platform use helps the organization keep documentation, measurements, learning and improvement actions current for reporting, surveillance and renewal preparation.

09Can the Platform produce sustainability reports?

The Platform can support organized information and progress summaries according to the approved configuration. A broader reporting service or reporting-grade product should not be assumed until its methodology, outputs and claims are commercially defined.

10Can we export our information?

Export, retention and deletion behavior must be confirmed in the applicable Platform terms before purchase or renewal.

11How is our information protected?

The final privacy, security, access and data-handling information must be provided through the Trust Center and applicable agreement. The public website should not claim unverified security standards or certifications.

12How do we get access?

Platform access is included through Core, Cohort and Private according to each pathway’s terms, and through a custom Enterprise scope where one is agreed. From the second year the organization continues on Core at US$2,500 a year, on the Stay Ready track.

13Can we use sustainability work and evidence we already have?

Yes. Existing policies, training records, supplier information and operational data can be reviewed and reused when they are current, relevant and suitable for the applicable requirement.
