One system for turning sustainability requirements into managed work.

Understand your starting point, organize implementation, build team capability, prepare for independent GSTC certification and keep improving through one connected system.

Tour operators can access the complete pathway today. Future industry solutions will adapt the same system to different operating realities and reporting needs.

What is Green My Experience?

Green My Experience is a sustainability-management system built around a tool—the Green My Experience Platform.

It connects technology, a GSTC-Recognized methodology, practical learning and human guidance so sustainability work can move from scattered intentions into assigned actions, organized evidence and repeatable operating practice.

It is not only software, only a course or only consulting. Each part has a different role.

Four connected parts. One working system.

Compare the levels of support
  • The tool at the center

    Green My Experience Platform

Organizes actions, responsible people, deadlines, documentation, measurements, learning records and progress in one working environment.

  • The implementation methodology

    SustainAble

Turns the GSTC Tour Operator Standard into a structured pathway the organization can work through.

  • The learning layer

    Green My Experience Academy

Builds practical capability for leaders, operations teams and people responsible for guest experiences.

  • The support layer

    Expert support

Ranges from light shared support in Core to group guidance in Cohort and dedicated support in Private.

Three phases from first assessment to continuing improvement.

  1. 01

    Understand your starting point

    1. Explore with the Free Readiness Check

Answer 7 high-level questions in about 5 minutes. Receive a quick starting-point snapshot, 3 initial priorities and a recommended next step.

    2. Complete the SustainAble Baseline

Work through the full organizational assessment to identify current practices, documentation status, priority gaps and the first action sequence.

    3. Establish internal ownership

Identify who needs to participate, who can make decisions and who will own different parts of the work.

Typical resultA Scorecard, gap analysis, documentation-status view, initial priorities and roadmap.

Progress recognitionFoundation EstablishedRecognizes completion of the defined SustainAble Baseline requirements.

  2. 02

    Put the work into practice

    1. Choose the right support level

Use Core, Cohort or Private according to your team's capacity, evidence needs and desired level of guidance.

    2. Assign and manage actions

Translate priorities into responsible people, deadlines, operating changes and measurable work.

    3. Build team capability

Connect Academy learning with the decisions and responsibilities participants take on.

    4. Develop and organize documentation

Use relevant existing information, create what is missing and connect documentation with the applicable implementation work.

    5. Review and improve

Use the checkpoints and reviews included in the selected pathway to identify gaps and determine what needs attention next.

Typical resultAssigned actions, improved practices, stronger documentation, learning records and visible progress.

Progress recognitionSustainability in ActionRecognizes that the organization has met the published Green My Experience implementation requirements.

  3. 03

    Prepare, certify and keep improving

    1. Complete the readiness process

Where included, complete the final Green My Experience readiness review against the published pathway requirements and receive a remaining-gap report when needed.

    2. Begin independent certification when ready

Contract separately with a GSTC-accredited certification body for the external audit and certification decision.

    3. Maintain the management system

Keep actions, documentation, measurements, responsibilities and learning current in the Green My Experience Platform.

    4. Open the next improvement cycle

Use what the organization has learned to set new priorities, prepare for reporting, support surveillance and renewal, and continue improving.

Typical resultA prepared team, organized evidence, a clear next decision and an ongoing system that remains useful after certification.

Every organization completes the SustainAble Baseline.

The Baseline establishes the organizational starting point, and it starts with what you have. You do not need a perfect evidence library: existing information creates the first picture, and missing information helps define the work. It is never skipped, and it is never done twice.

Or it comes with the pathway

Core, Cohort and Private all include the Baseline—or a refresh when the previous one is no longer current. There is nothing to purchase separately.

Already completed it?

When the same organization enters Core, Cohort or Private within 90 days after completing the Baseline, the amount actually paid is credited toward the selected pathway.

If the Baseline was purchased at a discount, only the amount actually paid is credited. The credit has no cash value.

How evidence moves through the system.

The cycle does not end at Maintain: the next round opens at Prioritize and the work keeps moving.

The Green My Experience Platform supports this workflow. It does not replace human responsibility, management approval or the independent certification body's judgment.

Clear responsibilities keep the process credible.

The GSTC-accredited certification body

  • A separate contract with the operator
  • The independent external audit against the GSTC Tour Operator Standard
  • Its own findings and requirements
  • The independent certification decision

The readiness review and independent certification are different decisions.

Green My Experience reviews completion against its published pathway requirements, identifies remaining gaps and supports the organization's next-step decision. It does not create a GSTC certification or guarantee a third-party decision.

The Platform organizes the work and its status. It does not decide whether evidence is acceptable: human responsibility, Green My Experience reviews where included and the independent certification body’s judgment remain separate.

The independent audit and certification fees are paid separately by the operator unless a signed agreement explicitly states otherwise.

SustainAble is GSTC-Recognized. That recognition applies to the standard—not to the Platform, Green My Experience services, progress recognitions or individual customer organizations.

These are Green My Experience progress recognitions. They are separate from independent GSTC certification and cannot be purchased by selecting a higher-priced pathway.

Choose the level of implementation support your team needs.

Every paid pathway uses the Green My Experience system and begins from the Baseline. What changes is the level and format of guidance.
