01 — Questions
It is the full diagnosis every paid pathway requires — completed before enrolling, or during onboarding when it is included. Your US$395 is credited toward Core, Cohort or Private if you continue within 90 days.
The Platform for unlimited organizational users, the SustainAble pathway, the Academy, your Baseline or a refresh, regular clinics and group sessions, and an initial emissions planning estimate — all on one 12-month subscription.
A structured 12-month group program: biweekly sessions, group office hours, peer accountability, an individual evidence checkpoint and the final readiness review.
Organizations with real complexity — several entities, several markets, or fixed deadlines they do not control. Most operators are better served by the Cohort.
No. We prepare you for it. A GSTC-accredited certification body independently audits your organization and makes the decision.
Core continues on the Stay Ready track under the same subscription terms: keeping evidence current, preparing you for surveillance audits and tracking changes to the standard.
02 — Questions
Yes. Complete it before choosing a pathway or during Cohort or Private onboarding when included. It is never skipped.
No. The free check provides a quick indication. The Baseline is the complete organizational diagnosis.
Core is the structured, tool-led start for teams that can lead implementation with light shared support.
Cohort and Private include it. Core does not.
SustainAble Private includes 1 mock audit. Cohort and Core do not.
Yes. Standard sponsorship can begin through Partnerships. A centrally governed multi-operator implementation may require an Enterprise scope.
No. A GSTC-accredited certification body separately conducts the independent audit and makes the certification decision.
It is a connected system built around a tool—the Green My Experience Platform. SustainAble structures the implementation pathway, the Academy builds practical capability, and shared, group, private or custom guidance provides the appropriate level of human support.
The commitment depends on the organization's starting point, size and existing documentation. Before enrollment, Green My Experience confirms the expected roles, working rhythm and approximate effort for the selected pathway.

No. Newsletter consent is separate, optional and unchecked by default.
04 — Questions
Yes. Every organization completes the Baseline because it establishes the starting point for implementation. It can be purchased first or completed during Cohort or Private onboarding when it is included. It is never skipped.
No. The Free Readiness Check uses 7 high-level questions to provide a quick initial view. The Baseline is the complete organizational assessment and produces the Scorecard, gap analysis, documentation-status view, initial action plan and Baseline Summary.
No. Use the information currently available. Identifying what is missing, incomplete or needs review is part of the Baseline's purpose.
The Baseline provides the complete diagnosis and its defined outputs. Green My Experience Platform access is included in Core, on an annual subscription. Platform access for guided programs is described in the relevant Cohort, Private or Enterprise agreement.
Yes. The Baseline includes Sustainability 101 for Tour Operators for one person. Additional licenses use the current Green My Experience Academy pricing.
It begins when the Baseline is completed—not when it is purchased. The amount actually paid can be credited when the same organization enters Core, Cohort or Private within that period, subject to the published rules.
No. It is a Green My Experience progress recognition for completing the defined Baseline foundation. Independent GSTC certification requires a separate audit and decision by a GSTC-accredited certification body.
No. Green My Experience provides the methodology, tools, learning and implementation support. A GSTC-accredited certification body separately conducts the independent audit and makes the certification decision.
No. Those third-party services occur later and are contracted and paid for separately by the operator.
No. The Baseline is a sustainability diagnosis. The initial emissions estimate included in Core and Cohort is a separate basic planning output and is not intended for external reporting.
05 — Questions
Core is the Green My Experience tool-led starting pathway. It combines the Baseline, a 30-day activation, the Platform, foundational Academy learning, shared clinics, quarterly group sessions and an initial emissions estimate — on an annual subscription that continues at the same price. Your organization leads the ongoing implementation.
Yes. Core is US$2,500 a year paid up front, or US$250 a month — US$3,000 in total. Both are the same 12-month subscription: monthly billing changes when you pay, never the length of the commitment. Paying the year up front saves US$500.
The organization completes or refreshes the Baseline, activates its Platform workspace, confirms initial priorities, begins the included Academy learning and establishes the inputs for its initial emissions estimate. The detailed schedule and responsibilities are confirmed before purchase.
Yes. Core includes unlimited Green My Experience Platform users from the participating organization during the included access period.
2 people receive Sustainability 101 and Sustainability for Tour Operators. Special pricing is available for additional Academy course licenses.
No. The monthly clinics are open-theme sessions for the wider participant community. They can help teams learn and ask relevant questions, but they do not follow one organization's implementation schedule.
No. Core does not include private evidence-remediation cycles. Organizations that need individualized evidence review should compare Cohort and Private.
No. A mock audit is included in SustainAble Private. The final Green My Experience readiness review is included in Cohort and Private, but not in Core.
No. It is a basic initial estimate based on the organization's assessment responses, supplied information and selected baseline year. It supports internal understanding and planning and is not intended for external reporting.
Core establishes the system, learning and initial plan. The organization may use that foundation to continue implementing, but Core does not include the guided evidence process, mock audit or final readiness review of the more supported pathways. Operators seeking a complete guided route to certification readiness should compare Cohort and Private.
Yes. Both establish the same diagnostic foundation — the completed organizational assessment, the documentation-status view, initial priorities and the first implementation roadmap — so both can earn the Foundation Established progress recognition. Core adds Platform activation, Academy learning and light shared guidance. Recognition is based on completing the defined foundation requirements, not on purchasing the higher-priced pathway. Foundation Established is issued by Green My Experience: it is not independent GSTC certification and does not guarantee a future certification decision.
No. Green My Experience supports implementation and readiness. A GSTC-accredited certification body separately conducts the independent audit and makes the certification decision.
The subscription continues at US$2,500 a year — the same price as year one — and the work moves to the Stay Ready track. The organization can also upgrade to guided support, or stop, according to the published renewal, export and retention terms.
06 — Questions
The October intake is open to tour operators working with shore excursions. Green My Experience reviews eligibility, operating scope and whether the group format matches the organization's needs during application review.

2 people per organization. Your organization should select people who can participate consistently, coordinate with colleagues and move internal work forward.
No. The Cohort is a guided group pathway. It includes group sessions, group office hours, group evidence checkpoints and 1 individual evidence checkpoint. Organization-specific work beyond that, unlimited remediation and private implementation management are not included.
US$9,500 for the first year, all in, or 4 payments of US$2,625 for a total of US$10,500 — so paying in full saves US$1,000. From the second year the organization continues on Core at US$2,500 a year. The full total, commitment, scope and exclusions are shown before signature.
No. A mock audit is included in SustainAble Private. The Cohort includes group evidence checkpoints, 1 individual checkpoint and the final Green My Experience readiness review.
The organization receives a remaining-gap report identifying what still needs attention. Unlimited private remediation is not included in the Cohort.
No. It is a Green My Experience internal review against published pathway requirements. A GSTC-accredited certification body separately conducts the independent audit and makes the certification decision.
Qualified operators can register for the January waitlist or discuss SustainAble Private. A place is not confirmed until Green My Experience issues an enrollment offer and the organization completes the required steps.
The organization continues on Core at US$2,500 a year, on the Stay Ready track: surveillance readiness, keeping evidence current, year-on-year emissions and reporting to buyers. The price is the same one published from day one — nothing is confirmed later.
07 — Questions
It is a 12-month private implementation partnership for tour operators that need dedicated workshops, individualized evidence review, remediation guidance, a mock audit and closer preparation for independent GSTC certification.
Private starts at US$1,500 per month on a 12-month engagement that continues annually. The final proposal confirms the organization’s exact scope, price and schedule.
Organizations differ in operating structure, evidence volume, engagement needs and complexity. Green My Experience confirms the included scope before issuing the final proposal; the call is not used to hide the published starting price.
Cohort follows a guided group format and includes 1 individual evidence checkpoint. Private adds biweekly private workshops, 4 private milestone reviews, 2 individualized evidence-review cycles, organization-specific remediation guidance and 1 mock audit.
No. The implementation workshops are private, but the weekly office hours are shared.
Yes. If the Baseline has not already been completed, it is completed during onboarding. It is never skipped.
2 people receive Applied Sustainability for Business. Special pricing is available for additional Green My Experience Academy course licenses.

No. Green My Experience supports implementation and readiness but cannot guarantee an independent certification decision.
Green My Experience will determine whether the Private pathway can contain the scope or whether Enterprise is more appropriate.
08 — Questions
Private is a defined 12-month partnership for one tour-operator organization. Enterprise is for structures requiring custom multi-entity governance, rollout, permissions or delivery.
Yes, when it needs a centrally coordinated implementation model across participating operators. Standard sponsorship or referral arrangements may instead use the Partnerships route.
No. Complexity—not employee count alone—determines whether a custom scope is needed.
The Platform structure, user allowances, access period and continuation terms are defined in the proposal.
The courses, audiences, licenses and delivery approach are defined in the Enterprise learning plan and proposal.
The Enterprise scope defines the appropriate organizational or entity-level Baseline model. The starting-point foundation is not skipped.
Only the information permitted by the approved roles, privacy terms and data-sharing agreement. Raw evidence, internal scores, personal information and remediation findings remain private by default.
Only when the methodology, outputs, permitted claims and price are explicitly included in the proposal. No broader reporting product should be assumed.
No. Independent audit and certification remain separate third-party processes.
Pricing is custom because participating entities, Platform configuration, Academy access, guidance, governance and timeline differ. The proposal states the exact total, payment schedule and change process.
09 — Questions
Yes. The Green My Experience Platform is the tool at the center of the system. It works with the SustainAble methodology, Green My Experience Academy and the guidance included in the selected pathway.
It helps organize actions, responsible people, deadlines, documentation, operational measurements, Academy learning records, progress and continuing improvement.
No. It organizes information and status. The operator remains responsible for accuracy and implementation, Green My Experience provides the human reviews included in the selected pathway, and the independent certification body makes its own audit decision.
No. A GSTC-accredited certification body separately audits the operator against the GSTC Tour Operator Standard and makes the certification decision.
Green My Experience uses controlled private demonstrations to help qualified organizations evaluate the Platform while protecting proprietary methodology, assessment logic, mappings, templates and customer information.
Any public description of artificial-intelligence functionality must identify the specific feature, information use and human-review boundary. Green My Experience will not make a general claim until those details are approved.
Core includes unlimited users from the participating organization. User allowances for Cohort, Private and Enterprise are confirmed in the relevant enrollment terms or proposal.
Yes. Ongoing Platform use helps the organization keep documentation, measurements, learning and improvement actions current for reporting, surveillance and renewal preparation.
The Platform can support organized information and progress summaries according to the approved configuration. A broader reporting service or reporting-grade product should not be assumed until its methodology, outputs and claims are commercially defined.
Export, retention and deletion behavior must be confirmed in the applicable Platform terms before purchase or renewal.
The final privacy, security, access and data-handling information must be provided through the Trust Center and applicable agreement. The public website should not claim unverified security standards or certifications.
Platform access is included through Core, Cohort and Private according to each pathway’s terms, and through a custom Enterprise scope where one is agreed. From the second year the organization continues on Core at US$2,500 a year, on the Stay Ready track.
Yes. Existing policies, training records, supplier information and operational data can be reviewed and reused when they are current, relevant and suitable for the applicable requirement.

It uses the organization's assessment responses to estimate Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions for the selected baseline year. The organization receives an initial report, roadmap and action plan. This starting estimate is not intended for external reporting.
Green My Experience helps the organization implement the requirements and prepare. A GSTC-accredited certification body handles the independent audit and certification decision.
No. The certification body contracts with and invoices the organization separately.
Yes. Program clients receive special pricing for additional Green My Experience Academy course licenses. The exact price is confirmed before purchase.
No. Green My Experience supports implementation and readiness, but the independent certification body makes its own audit and certification decision. This is an internal Green My Experience review, not independent certification and not a guarantee of the certification body's decision.
